On November 20th 
we had our second ever Professional Development day at Mongio! All the teachers attended this day-long workshop. We reviewed policies, had fruitful discussions regarding Guiding and Caring techniques and even had time to break into our classroom groups for a short staff meeting. We were also joined via Zoom, by Natsuko Motegi, whom we are very excited to be starting a long time project with!
